Delivery and Returns

Delivery

eMaison ships from our UK warehouse. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of placement. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order leaves us.

Standard delivery

3–5 working days. Free on all orders over £60. £3.95 on orders under £60.

Express delivery

1–2 working days. £6.95 on all orders.

International delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@emaison.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We want you to feel confident buying from eMaison. If a product does not suit your skin, or if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.

Conditions

We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund it in full regardless of condition — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to return

Email us at hello@emaison.co.uk with your order number and the product you wish to return. We will send you a prepaid returns label within 1 working day. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and email us at hello@emaison.co.uk within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, including return postage.
