We have assembled what works. The Bioderma removes without disrupting. The SVR B3 repairs the barrier. The Ampoule C protects against the pigmentation that comes with hormonal change. The Embryolisse moisturises without heaviness. The Sunsimed protects against what undoes all of the above. You do it every morning and evening. That is the whole thing.

How to use it
The method
Cleanse
Saturate a cotton pad with the Bioderma. Sweep across face and eyes. Repeat until the pad comes away clean. No water needed. This is your morning and evening first step.
Treat
SVR B3 serum to damp skin — two to three drops pressed in gently. Then Ampoule C on top while still slightly damp. Morning only for the Ampoule C.
Protect
Embryolisse as your moisturiser morning and evening. Then Sunsimed SPF50 as the absolute final step every morning. Always last. Never skipped.
